[life] Do you have a kinder, more adaptable friend in the food world than soup?

I made soup today, and it was indeed my friend. It took a little cornstarch for it to thicken up properly, but hey - we all need a helping hand now and then. It was baked potato soup, or "artery clogger in a bowl," as I like to call it. Much thanks to my lovely friend Katie who stole me the recipe from the cafe back when she was kitchen manager there.

Mmmm, soup.
