Not entirely. But Ronsy, my now-lvl 31 gnome rogue, has certainly taken the shine off of Ronsy, the half-finished Volks mini EB type A figure. She's rooted, naked from the waist down, faceless and without weapon. Also on the unfinished list: Dylise, Paladin. Jenna, Wizard apprentice and lover of Athiel, my favorite and longest-running 1/6 personality. Unnamed evil female necromancer. Mmmmmethos.

And speaking of Methos, Sideshow Toys has, in a twist that makes me think that it might be possible that the universe is paying attention to me (shudder), announced a line of figures based on the Highlander franchise. Both movies and TV show will be getting the 12 inch love. Connor and Duncan are of course the first offerings, but can a Sideshow Methos be far behind? Ok, yes. Behind the Kurgan, and whatever Sean Connery's character was called, and possibly Amanda and god forbid, the irritating Richie Ryan. But very probably yes. Maybe. I can hope.

So, I'm left wondering if I should go ahead and make my Methos, or maybe wait to see which Methos they decide to make. Death of the Horsemen, or modern Methos, in his sexy cabled sweaters and boyish haircut. Ahem.

If I do make Methos the Horseman, it will be easier to hide the shortcomings of the Erich sculpt. However, there is no point in making the same Methos that Sideshow is going to make....

The whole argument, in any case, is mostly academic, since projects can sit on my list for literally years. But hey, this is a hobby, right, and not a job. I can do things at my own pace and not feel bad that I don't "produce" more than I do. I don't need to feel nagged and stressed about something that is supposed to be fun and relaxing for me.

Though I should really finish rooting Jenna's head.
